At the end of Carbes village we find El Arniu Cheese factory, place where milk is converted into delicious, traditional or more innovative milk products.
After some formative and specific studies in Beyos cheese, Mariana and Pilar started producing and selling cheese and other products for our palate´s delight.

Some of their best products can be tasted in this factory, and their work quality can be verified there.
It would be a pity not to visit this factory in our visit to Amieva and Picos de Europa. Beyos Cheese can be tasted in all restaurant in this area taking part in the best dishes.
