At the end of Cirieño village we find La Collada Cheese factory, place where milk is converted into delicious cow, sheep, and goat cheeses.
An important Beyos cheese productor in the Picos de Europa region, this factory has received many awards due to the hard work and dedication of this family.

We can taste here some of their best products verify why they have received recently the award for best product in the “Asturias, the 40 cheese country” contest for their exclusive and innovative milk products. Salva and Aurora are great representatives of Amieva (along with other factories) inside and outside Asturias, giving Beyos cheese the importance it deserves in the Picos de Europa area, not forgetting Cabrales and Gamoneu cheeses. The Beyos one can be found in all restaurants in this area, alone itself or taking part in the best tastes of main courses and desserts
